What's New!
Well, if you've been checking this page as we suggested, you probably have been wondering what's going on, since this is our first update since December of 2006. We've been keeping busy and off the streets, that's for sure!
Several people have asked, and perhaps you've been curious too...yes, all our products include items suitable for women and men!Thanks to those of you who found us on the web. We've had many sales through our web site and we are always pleased when you tell us how much you like our products and the ideas behind the gifts. Perhaps you saw our advertisement in the May 28, 2007 issue of New York Magazine (www.nymag.com) which focused on living with cancer in NYC. Or perhaps you've seen our ads in (Washington Woman magazine). In March we were pleased to be the subject of the profile on www.menupause.info. Check them out!
We are working to spread the word about our products. We believe that our products are a delightful and welcome respite from medical treatment and many of you have told us that you agree! Thanks - we appreciate your support.

The Launch!
Susan's Gifts is pleased to announce the launch of our new and improved web site and online ordering system! We formally launched the business earlier this year in Maryland at the 2006 Montgomery County Women's Fair, where we donated a FIVE O'CLOCK BOX to the raffle. Today we are launching a completely updated and enhanced web site with the ability to accept online orders. We also have provided detailed information about us and our products.Throughout the year this News page will serve as a place for us to announce what's new on the web site, what Tracy and Rona are doing and the special events we are planning to attend, such as the 2007 Montgomery County Women's Fair. We also hope to share ideas, stories and feedback from you, our customers.
Great Idea
Our friend Donna wanted to donate to her local hospital but she didn't want to give money. She decided that our packages would be perfect. So she bought a dozen of them...six CHEMO SABE bags and six GLO bags. She contacted two social workers at her local hospital and asked them to give these bags to patients who did not have much support from family and friends. Donna told us that the patients have been thrilled with the gifts!Donations
Susan's Gifts is proud to make an annual contribution to a charitable organization. This year we are making a donation to the Friends of the Clinical Center. This is an organization which offers emergency financial aid to patients who are participating in research trials at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center .
